Pumpkin Picking at Bert’s Barrow
You pick your own homegrown pumpkins from the field, with free entry and pay only for what you take (2025: £1 to £12 by size, with a midweek deal of five pumpkins for £20). No advance tickets are needed for picking (parking tickets are only required when the car park is wet). Mini fairground rides, food and a bar add to the day.
Opening Times & Prices
The patch runs through October (in 2025 on Fridays 4pm to 8pm, weekends 9am to 4pm, plus extended days towards the end of the month). Entry is free, with pumpkins £1 to £12 by size. No booking is needed for picking. The dates for the coming season had not been published at the time of writing, so check the farm’s website or Facebook page.
