Pumpkin Picking at Brocksbushes
You walk the field and select your own pumpkins from the crop. There is a per-person entry fee (separate from the cost of the pumpkins, which are priced by size), with carving kits and pay-as-you-go rides on site. Entry is by pre-booked timed session, and it sells out.

2026 dates: opens Sat 3 October, runs to Sat 31 October; 3 to 4 Oct, 10 to 11 Oct, then daily 16 to 31 Oct, with late-night sessions on 16 and 23 Oct; timed tickets, book ahead; parking free (as published by the farm, checked Sat 22 August; source).
The Pumpkin Experience runs across October (in 2025 on weekends from 4 October, then daily 17 to 31 October, with twilight sessions on some Fridays and toddler days midweek). Entry was around £3 per person (ages 3 and over) or £10 for a family of up to five, with the pumpkins paid for separately by size. Advance online booking is required. The dates for the coming season had not been published at the time of writing.
