Cotswold Farm Park at Guiting Power, run by farmer and broadcaster Adam Henson, is a popular family attraction with rare-breed farm animals, play areas and walks. Each October it adds a pick-your-own pumpkin patch and Halloween activities.
The Pumpkin Patch at Cotswold Farm Park
You choose your own pumpkins from the patch, priced by size from small ornamental gourds to large pumpkins. The farm is upfront that its high, shallow-soiled Cotswold site is not suitable for growing pumpkins, so they are sourced from a local partner farmer and set out in the patch for you to select. Patch entry is included in standard farm-park admission, with an “experience” ticket including a pumpkin up to £3 and carving available as an add-on.

2026 dates: opens Fri 2 October, runs to Sat 31 October; Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays in October (2 to 4, 9 to 11, 16 to 18 Oct), then daily 21 to 31 Oct for half term; parking free (as published by the farm, checked Sat 22 August; source).
