Durleighmarsh Farm Shop, just outside Petersfield in Hampshire, is a working family farm that grows its own pumpkins and squash and opens a pick-your-own field each October. You can pick your own straight from the field, or buy ready-picked from the farm shop, with no entry fee and free parking. It is a straightforward, good-value autumn outing on the edge of the South Downs.

Durleighmarsh is a family farm and farm shop on the Rogate Road near Petersfield, growing soft fruit, vegetables and its own pumpkins, with Christmas trees later in the year. The October pick-your-own pumpkin field is a popular local fixture.
Pumpkin Picking at Durleighmarsh
The pumpkins and squash are grown on the farm, so you head into the field and pick your own, paying by size from around £1. If you would rather not go into the field, the shop sells ready-picked pumpkins too. There is no entry fee and no booking needed.

Opening Times & Prices
The pick-your-own field runs through October (in 2025 it ran from around 17 to 31 October), open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm (last entry 3:30pm) and Sunday 10am to 3:30pm. There is no entry fee and no booking; you pay for the pumpkins you pick, from around £1 by size. The dates for the coming season had not been published at the time of writing.
