Farrington’s is a farm with a farm shop, café, play barn and farm park at Home Farm, Farrington Gurney in Somerset, near both Bristol and Bath. Each October it opens a 12-acre pumpkin patch with more than 50 varieties, all grown on the farm.

You walk the outdoor field and pick your own from more than 50 varieties of pumpkin, squash and gourd, paying by size at the exit. Entry is by a pre-booked ticket (which does not include a pumpkin), with the pumpkins priced separately from around 50p up to several pounds for the largest.
