Stanleys Farm Shop at Harvington, near Kidderminster, is a family pick-your-own farm that grows its own pumpkins and opens a free-entry patch each October. You head into the field with a wheelbarrow and pick your own, with ready-picked pumpkins also available in the shop. It is an established, down-to-earth pick-your-own in north Worcestershire.
About Stanleys Farm Shop
Stanleys is a family-run farm of around 250 acres, with about 25 acres given over to pick-your-own, established in 1977. It grows soft fruit through the summer and its own pumpkins and squash for the autumn, and is listed on the county’s official pumpkin-picking guide.
Pumpkin Picking at Stanleys
The pumpkins are grown on the farm, so you go into the field with a wheelbarrow and choose your own straight from the patch. It is genuine field picking, so wellies are sensible after rain. From around the last week of October, ready-picked pumpkins are also available in the farm shop. Entry is free and pumpkins are reasonably priced by size.

Opening Times & Prices
The pumpkin field runs through October, with the farm open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4:30pm and Sunday 10am to 1pm (last pick-your-own entry 12:45pm), closed Mondays. Entry is free and you pay for the pumpkins you pick. The dates for the coming season had not been published at the time of writing. It can get busy at the Halloween peak, so an earlier visit is quieter.
