Wappenham Farm (Rectory Farm) is a family farm of nearly 100 years near Towcester, which opens each October for its Pumpkin Farm Spooktacular, combining a pick-your-own pumpkin patch with a full programme of family Halloween entertainment.
Pumpkin Picking at Wappenham Farm
You wander the patch and pick your own pumpkin from thousands of pumpkins and gourds. The entry ticket covers the event and its entertainment, with the pumpkins paid for separately. Alongside the picking there is a 3D spooky trail through the maize, interactive scarecrows, bubble and fire shows, marshmallow toasting and a Halloween shop, plus twilight sessions on some evenings.

Opening Times & Prices
The Spooktacular runs across October (in 2025 from 4 to 31 October), with daytime sessions roughly 10am to 5pm and twilight sessions on some evenings. Entry has been from around £6.50 per person, booked online in advance, with the pumpkins paid for separately. Capacity is limited, so booking ahead is recommended. The dates and prices for the coming season had not been published at the time of writing.
